Using the Open Studio Process for Self-careDate: 10:00 am.~16:00 pm. November 29 (Sat.), 2025.
Location: Counseling Center, NTHU (Main Campus)
The Open Studio Process (OSP) is a creative practice with three steps: setting an intention, engaging in art-making, and witnessing. By combining art-making with free writing, it provides a flexible framework for exploring your thoughts and feelings and reflecting on your experiences to foster self-awareness. Witnessing personal artwork and that of others helps create a non-judgmental space, encouraging deeper expression, understanding, and connection. The OSP can serve as a method for self-care, supporting stress relief and promoting well-being. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to experience the OSP firsthand. No prior art experience is necessary; simply bring openness and a willingness to explore your experiences for self-care.
