    In order to learn more about the current situation of advisors on the campus, and how strengthen or adjust this system, the Student Affairs Office has produced a questionnaire in this semester. Please take a moment to fill out (less than five minutes).  The location of the questionnaire is in your school information system.

In the "Advisor/Professor contact information”, there is an option “Questionnaire on Advisory Relationship in National Tsing Hua University”.

    About the Questionnaire, there will be no personal data or advisor's information for you to input. We only provide the results to Chairman in your department. We hope you could fill up this form and give us your feedback freely. The time for answering is from May 9, 2025 to June 1, 2025 at 11:59pm. Thank you for your comments and suggestions as a reference for our future advisor work.

    We will also provide gifts for you! We will draw a lottery after the closing date June 1, 2025 and notify the winners actively. Gifts are OontZ Angle3 ULTRA, Logitech Pebble2, NTHU Colaz Gifts such as Hooded Jacket, bags and water bottles.
